Al now runs disruptive marketing agency, TepFu.com. TepFu works with large and small organisations across various Brand, Marketing, Social and Disruption challenges.

Al is involved in multiple startups across various spaces. Previously Al was Brand Director of Outsource magazine until late 2015 and prior to that Al held Digital & Marketing leads in Business & Retail over the last 16 years. Al is based in London and tweets via @altepper.
